We want you to absolutely love your Lelecino items. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair accessories unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
But don’t worry — if your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right!
What qualifies for a refund or replacement?
We’ll happily offer a refund, exchange, or store credit if:
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• Your item was lost in transit (after investigation)
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A short description of the issue

What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect color or style choices — so please choose carefully!
Sale items & promos
Items purchased during sales, giveaways, or with promotional codes are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.
