Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all orders from Perth, Australia or Taipei, Taiwan!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and times may vary depending on your location.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: 7–20 business days (depending on your country and customs)
We always do our best to send your order out within 1–3 business days.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yep! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair accessories unless the item is faulty. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days — we’ll make it right!
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a message ASAP at info@lelecino.com, and we’ll do our best to update it.

A: Many of our designs are handmade or hand-finished with extra care to detail. Each piece is unique!
Q: How do I care for my clips and accessories?

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and hairsprays
• Store them in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or box
• Be gentle — especially with intricate or decorative styles
